Hello All!
I am just writing to tell you about T-Tapp-the most amazing (and I mean amazing) workout ever!
It seems so simple, yet while you do it, you feel like you have been working out all day...and it has only been
15 minutes. :) My mom and I have been doing it now for 1 month and have seen the most amazing results that we have never seen before using other workout DVD's/ Diets. I have lost a total of 20lbs. and have lost about 1 (almost 2!) clothes sizes. (And this working out only 15 mins. a day) It is SO amazing! :) I have more to lose, but I am just so very excited about the progress that I have made in just one month!! After I have lost a little more weight, I will post some before and after photo's. It really is amzing and my Mom and I recommend T-Tapp with all of our hearts. Seriously, you have to try it. :)
